Welcome to new members, Amanda Collier.

Minutes from May accepted with one change stating start and end time. Unanimous.

Treasurers report was presented by Deanne Rockwood. Actual report furnished upon request.

Up and Coming Events

Arithmetickles – Friday June 10th presentation at 6:30 FREE! Thank you to Lori Raber for scheduling this enrichment program!

Field Days – Volunteers needed to distribute Popsicles – contact Lori Raber if interested at loriraber@adelphia.net

Deanne Rockwood volunteered to get the Popsicles.

Future Events:

Soccer Game/Bike Safety Day – The first Saturday when we return to school 9/10 rain date 9/11. Budget is set at $400. Please contact Corine Adams (chairperson) if you are able to assist or with any ideas at twscorine@aol.com

Safety First

To Yvonne Boots-Faubert for enlisting the new UPS store to donate 400 certificates to the students for Save the Children Tsunami relief fund.

Kelly Crocker and Pam Tallino for a successful Teacher/Staff Appreciation Day.

Kelly Geist and Lynda Gaudet for a successful Bookfair and the wonderful dictionaries for the classrooms.

Kelly Geist for the flowers planted around the school sign.

Motions:

Joy Paruch (box tops chair person) motioned that the future box tops go directly to a specific program. Art appreciation was chosen and unanimously voted on.

Lori Raber asked for a vote on purchasing an item with our Campbell Soup labels.

Unanimously voted to buy soft bases to use in the Gym.

Issues Raised/Discussed/Tabled for July meeting:

Grant for defibrillator received was only a partial grant for a whole system. We are now revisiting the need for just a case at a cost of $249. Mrs. Coyne will be contacted for possible funds.
